Cookie Decorating With Jean

Join our class led by a Jean, a seasoned pastry chef who’s been baking professionally and at home for over 20 years. Teaching is her passion and she loves making all things pastry relatable and less intimidating!

Jean’s hands on classes are a great opportunity to brush up or learn a new skill. During the class, she’ll guide you through the decorating of six sugar cookies, themed for the season. In this hands-on experience, participants will receive personalized guidance in decorating cookies, using techniques ranging from icing consistency to intricate detailing. Leave the class with not only six uniquely decorated cookies but also newfound skills and confidence to impress friends and family with your own edible works of art.

Whether due to gluten sensitivity or a medical condition like celiac disease, this class empowers individuals to navigate the gluten-free landscape with confidence and discover a vibrant and fulfilling gluten-free lifestyle.

Baking gluten Free

In this unique session, our founder Ali will work with you to convert three of your favorite home recipes into customized gluten-free adaptations. Before the class, the instructor diligently bakes the transformed recipes to perfection, ensuring a specific and experience based demonstration.

During the personalized session, you'll receive hands-on guidance as the instructor breaks down the key principles of gluten-free baking and shares invaluable tips for successful conversions. Whether it's converting a cherished family dessert or a savory main course, this class provides the skills and knowledge to recreate beloved dishes without compromising on taste or texture. By the end of the class, you'll not only savor the gluten-free versions of your recipes but also gain the confidence and expertise to continue adapting your favorite dishes in the future.
